1. Contractual Relationship

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the access or use by you, an individual or business entity, from within any country in the world of applications, websites, content, products, and services (the "Services") made available by Appside Technologies LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Israel ("Appside", "Stampt", "we", or "us").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES.

Your access and use of the Services constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. The Services

The Services constitute a technology platform that allows users to capture, store, and manage digital evidence, including but not limited to GPS-tagged photography, timestamps, and AI-verified documentation of service performance (the "Evidence Package").

NO LEGAL OR BANKING REPRESENTATION

Stampt is a tool for evidence collection. We are not a law firm, a collection agency, or a banking institution. We do not provide legal advice, nor do we represent you in communications with banks or payment processors.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

You acknowledge and agree that while the Services are designed to provide high-quality evidence, Stampt DOES NOT guarantee that the use of our Evidence Packages will result in:

The successful reversal of any chargeback.
The winning of any payment dispute.
Any specific decision by a third-party bank or payment processor.

The final decision regarding any dispute lies solely with the financial institutions involved.

4. User Account & Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data captured. Any attempt to intentionally spoof GPS data, alter metadata, or use the AI verification tool to create misleading or fraudulent evidence is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate termination and possible reporting to legal authorities.

5. Payment and Fees

Use of the Services may result in charges to you ("Charges"). Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all rights therein are and shall remain Stampt's property. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services convey or grant to you any rights except for the limited license to use the application as intended.

7. Limitation of Liability; Indemnity

Disclaimer:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". STAMPT DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.

Limitation of Liability:

STAMPT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA RELATED TO THE OUTCOME OF DISPUTES.

Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold Stampt harmless from any and all claims arising out of your use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

8. Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Tel Aviv.
